Quotations & Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on scope changes, unforeseen conditions, or customer requests. Any changes will be communicated clearly and require approval.

Booking & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, or other approved payment methods. Late payments may be subject to interest or fees.

Liability

While we take every care in our work, Mintico is not liable for:

Pre-existing issues
Client-supplied materials
Delays outside our control (e.g., weather, third-party failures)

Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value of the service provided.

Warranties

We offer a workmanship guarantee for a specified period (usually 12 months), depending on the service. This does not cover misuse, wear and tear, or third-party interference.

Customer Responsibilities

Clients must provide access to the property and ensure a safe working environment. Additional charges may apply for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.
